Terms and Conditions for the "Be a Gardener for a Day" Experience at Alnwick Garden

Booking and Payment:
- Reservations for the "Be a Gardener for a Day" experience must be made 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. This experience is only available Monday to Thursday.
- The Alnwick Garden Guidebook and A-Z of Poisonous Plants Hardback Book can collected from Ticket Sales upon arrival when purchased as an add on. Please show a valid confirmation of your order.
- David Austin Rose will be issued at the end of experience.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made after 48 hours before the scheduled experience may forfeit their experience.
- To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact our bookings team.
Arrival:
- Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth experience.
- Late arrivals may result in a reduced experience, as the schedule will continue as planned.
Health and Safety:
- Guests are expected to adhere to any current health and safety guidelines in place during their visit.
- It is recommended that participants wear suitable clothing and footwear for gardening activities, as they may involve dirt and other outdoor conditions.
Behaviour:
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during the experience. Disruptive behaviour may result in termination of the experience without refund.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Liability:
- Alnwick Garden is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on the premises or during the experience.
- Participants engage in the activities at their own risk.
Changes to the Experience:
- Alnwick Garden reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel any part of the experience due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
