Booking:
- Reservations must be made in 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the visit. Failure to do so could result in a forfeit of the experience.
- To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact our customer service team.
Arrival:
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled lunch and tour time to ensure a smooth experience.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience, as the schedule will continue as planned.
Health and Safety:
- Visitors are expected to adhere to any current health and safety guidelines in place at the time of their visit.
- Any dietary restrictions or allergies should be communicated to the staff at the time of booking.
Behavior:
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during their visit. Disruptive behavior may lead to termination of the experience without refund.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
